BELCOURT CASTLE PRIVILEGES:
An experienced event planner in can make recommendations for all services required or desired, including music, flowers, transportation, entertainment, etc.

The Castle staff and event planner will work with approved vendors of your selection, and will coordinate everything you may need to create an event pleasantly memorable for every guest, while preserving the collections and protecting the Castle for future generations.
Using a professional photographer familiar with Belcourt Castle is recommended. If photographs are to be published, permission must be obtained from the Tinney Family.
The Caterer will maintain the high standards of Belcourt Castle in its food and service, we provide elegant china and stemware, silver, etc.

GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITIES:
Either a Newport Policeman or approved private duty security will be engaged for the duration of any event where alcohol is served, in a ratio of one officer for every 75 guests, or as deemed appropriate by the Tinney Family.

Bands and Music will be limited to that appropriate with the surroundings and occasion. No outdoor amplification. Professional Disc Jockeys are acceptable.
Smoking will only be allowed in the courtyard. No smoking inside the castle.
All liquor laws, federal, state and local will be followed. A liquor license and an entertainment license may be required for certain public events. Open bar will not exceed four hours duration. During the last hour of a full evening event, when guests are driving, bars will be limited to non-alcoholic beverages.
At any cocktail reception, adequate food will be served.
The closing of most events will be at midnight, and guests will depart decorously promptly. Late night events in the summer only are permitted within the laws of the City of Newport.
